My name is Tim J. Clark. The intent for this Blog is to introduce and reinforce the need for application of a “Better” standard for Quality Leadership that produces results where we can all gain or at least, are not any worse off.
I retired as a federal employee from the U.S Department of Defense with 35 years of service. I am a former enlisted soldier in the U.S. Army. I also served with the Army Reserve and retired at the rank of Colonel with over 30 years of combined service in the U.S. Army, National Guard and Army Reserve. During my last tour with the U.S. Army, I served as the Chief, Intelligence Operations Division, 8th Army, South Korea.
My book, Success Through Quality provides a context for change and the Foundation Principles for Leaders introduces an application framework.
I also have links to several articles that illustrate the application of the new paradigm in a variety of areas.
